Location: Johri Bazar, Jaipur
Attendance and Payroll Management.
Grievance management related to blue and white collar employees.
HR policy.
Statutory compliances-EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and OT.
Recruitment.
Factory act.
Employee Engagement.
Our requirement:
Candidate must be from any manufacturing background.
Gems and Jewellery industry experience is an advantage.
Candidate must be familiar with all the compliances as per the factory act.
Must be familiar with all other HR Generalist activities.
