Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and new-hire orientation.

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely updates, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure HR compliance by monitoring adherence to Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain employee records and HR data in HRIS/ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regular updates

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.

  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR policies.

  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.

  • Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization.
