Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage HR Generalist activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, including scheduling interviews and assessments.

  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity within the organization.

  • Provide support in resolving employee relations issues through conflict resolution techniques like mediation or counseling.

  • Assist in managing HR operations by maintaining accurate records of employee data, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
