About the Role:

The Human Resource Service Manager (HRSM) will act as a regional HR representative responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely hiring, effective coordination with field teams, grievance handling, disciplinary support, and smooth exit management. The HRSM will also support training, reporting, and operational HR activities to ensure efficient people management across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding & Induction Support

    Ensure smooth joining of TCMs and PCMs by managing documentation, induction, and early-stage handholding, including guidance on accommodation, safety, and basic HR processes.
  2. Single Point of Contact for HR Support

    Act as the first-level HR contact for Center and Branch staff to resolve HR-related queries promptly and effectively.
  3. Grievance Redressal & Employee Support

    Receive, document, and resolve grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner while fostering trust and open communication.
  4. Implementation of HR Policies

    Ensure proper understanding and implementation of HR policies, circulars, and guidelines across assigned regions.
  5. Annual Evaluation & Performance Support

    Coordinate and support annual evaluation processes for CMs and BMs, ensure KPI clarity, and assist in post-evaluation follow-ups and development actions.
  6. Training & Capacity Building

    Conduct and support branch-level trainings on compliance, grievance handling, staff welfare, and behavioral expectations, especially in underperforming areas.
  7. Employee Benefits Awareness & Facilitation

    Educate employees on benefits such as PF, gratuity, insurance, and loan-related provisions; coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution of benefit-related issues.
  8. Field Visits & Staff Engagement

    Conduct regular and need-based branch visits (more than once a month if required) to interact with staff, assess ground realities, ensure compliance, and build strong working relationships.
  9. Disciplinary Proceedings Management

    Assist and manage disciplinary actions including warnings, suspensions, and terminations, in coordination with competent authorities, ensuring alignment with policy.
  10. Inquiry Support & Fact-Finding

    Participate in internal inquiries related to misconduct or grievances by collecting facts, recording statements, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting fair decision-making.
  11. Staff Transfer Management (Within Region)

    Coordinate and implement internal staff transfers as per policy, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and smooth transition of employees.
  12. Exit Management & Feedback Collection

    Ensure timely processing of resignations, settlements, and conduct structured exit interviews to capture feedback for retention and engagement improvement.
  13. Reporting & Coordination with HRD

    Share regular updates, observations, and insights from the field with HRD to support policy refinement, planning, and people-related interventions.
