Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with top management to draft detailed job descriptions based on hiring requirements. Post job openings on various online platforms and collaborate with recruitment agencies to source potential candidates. Promote job posts through various social media channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct technical interviews with technical executives for specialized roles. Schedule final interviews and facilitate communication with the selected candidates. Extend job offers to the final selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, verification, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, candidate profiles, and employee data for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and social media platforms for talent acquisition. Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
