Job Description

We are hiring HR Executive for a Pharma company Designation: Executive-HR CTC: 5LPA Location : Near Muthu Pharma, Ambattur Industrial area, Chennai Working days: Monday-Saturday Timings: 10am-7pm Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Lifecycle Management Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction, exit formalities). Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Manage employee confirmation, transfers, and internal movements. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure timely generation and distribution of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.). Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Assist in audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date. 3. Payroll Support Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave, and salary inputs. Verify employee attendance and resolve discrepancies. Manage employee reimbursements and benefits administration. 4. HR Systems & Reporting Update and maintain HR databases and HRMS platforms. Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.). Support digitization and process improvement initiatives. 5. Employee Engagement Support Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities. Support grievance handling and basic employee queries. Key Skills: Attention to detail and organizational skills Communication and interpersonal abilities Data management and analytical skills Discretion and integrity with handling confidential information Ability to work independently and collaboratively
