Job Summary: Asian Star Jewels is seeking a proactive and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update

employee records, HRMS, and documentation
Coordinate

payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Support

performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with

labour laws and statutory requirements
Address employee queries and support

grievance resolution
Assist in organizing

HR events, wellness programs, and internal communications
Prepare HR reports and contribute to

policy development and implementationRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum

4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
Proficiency in

HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
Strong knowledge of

labour laws, payroll coordination, and HR best practices
Excellent

communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
