Job Description:-
Executive HRBP
Shall have 1-3 yrs of experience into HR Operations. Should have good communication & presentation skills. Would be required to do employee communications, grievance handling, attendance& payroll management. Conducting Induction & orientation of new hires. Ability to foster healthy employee relationship. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations including and not limited to PF,ESI, bonus, etc Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination. Should be able to work in coordination with the team
