Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can help us build strong people practices, streamline HR operations, and nurture a high-performance culture tailored to the PR and Digital Marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for PR, creative, digital, and client servicing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source top talent.
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative sourcing methods to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer-to-joining process.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and creative workplace culture.
  • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Performance Management

  • Support leadership in setting up performance management systems (KPIs, feedback cycles).
  • Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and promotion processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs for employees.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR records (attendance, leaves, employee databases, payroll inputs).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines.
  • Manage contracts, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance for payroll management and statutory compliance

Policy Development

  • Draft and update HR policies tailored for a PR agency environment.
  • Ensure policies support both creativity and accountability.
  • Communicate and train employees on HR processes and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience (agency/creative industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment for communications, PR, or creative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency culture.
  • Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and labor law compliance.
