As an HR Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations — handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations. Your goal is to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, offer letters, and orientation.
Address staff queries and support a healthy, transparent workplace.
Update HR policies, ensure labor-law compliance, and maintain accurate personnel records.
Maintain HR data, generate reports (on turnover, recruitment stats), and support evidence-based decision-making.
