Human Resource Director

As the HR Director for India, you will play a strategic role in partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational performance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure alignment with global standards and compliance with local regulations. You will lead the recruitment strategy for India, aligning it with business goals and developing a strong employer brand. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and mentoring the recruitment team to ensure optimal performance and growth. You will be responsible for implementing scalable recruitment processes, leveraging data to improve efficiency. Collaborating with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and support hiring decisions will be crucial. Additionally, you will champion diversity and build a diverse candidate pipeline, enhancing the company's employer brand through campaigns and events. Tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing processes to meet hiring targets, and successfully managing and delivering projects will be part of your daily tasks. You should have expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, along with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on resolving complex issues are essential. Your interpersonal and leadership skills will be key in influencing, consulting, relationship management, and driving organizational objectives. You must have 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. A deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and legal compliance is required, along with expert knowledge of local and federal employment laws to mitigate risks. Proficiency in recruitment strategy, sourcing, process optimization, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Experience in building diverse talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives, as well as proficiency with HR tech and sourcing tools, will be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus.
