Qualifications: - Hold an MBA or equivalent in Human Resources from a reputed institution. - Have 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5-7 years in HR leadership roles. - Prior experience in BPOs or IT Services industry with 24x7 operations, including night shifts. - Possess strong expertise in HR technologies, data-driven decision-making, and analytics. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills for effective HR leadership.,
