As a Recruiter at Commutec, you will play a vital role in the organization's recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Determining selection criteria. - Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). - Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. - Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. - Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements. - Leading employer branding initiatives. - Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events. - Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. - Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
