Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business units, aligning business objectives with employees and management.
• The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, proactively assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, and delivering value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
• Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support them.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters.

Employee Relations

• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Performance & Development

• Guide managers on performance management practices including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Organizational Development

• Contribute to change management initiatives and organizational restructuring.
• Support culture and engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Data & Analytics

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present HR reports to leadership.

Policy & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and ethical standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
