NoBrokerHood offers a plethora of services and features which enables its customer, as a user, to manage multiple activities inside residential buildings, housing societies, and gated communities. From finding domestic help to monitoring visitor entry and maintenance or utility bill payment, it’s all done from your phone. It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits – accessible anytime and anywhere – and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process



Responsibilities:-


Partnering with HRBP Manager in driving people success programs.

Should actively own internal referral drives.

Managing the entire Employees life cycle.

Should hold succession planning by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team.

Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.

Monitor and follow up on the various employee related issues.

Implement strategies for Employee Retention.

Execute the rewards and recognition programs within timelines.

Undertake tasks around performance management

Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.

Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.

Develop and nurture professional relationships with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategies.

Maintain a robust employee communication process.

Communicating the policies and the procedures to the employees.

On-boarding and Off-boarding

Partnering with the HR Operations team for employee deliverables.

Passion to lead a successful and challenging work environment 


Competencies:-


2-4 years experience.

Startup experience is a plus.

A degree in human resources or a relevant field. MBA in HR is a plus.
