Job Description

As a Process Manager at eClerx in Chandigarh / Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between HR and Operations within the program while upholding company policies. With over 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance. One of your key tasks will be to conduct HIPO development and Career discussion programs for identified groups of Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will also be involved in monitoring and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming individuals and implementing strategies to reduce attrition levels. In addition, you will plan and organize on-floor events, conduct pulse meetings, and oversee the 90-day onboarding program for new employees. Your role will also involve facilitating knowledge management training programs and guiding new managers in evaluating subordinates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for timely closure of PIP cases, conducting exit interviews, and updating various trackers related to grievances, performance, and background verification. Your ability to create reports and dashboards for program/process areas will be essential in driving rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Additionally, your analytical skills and experience in using data to make informed decisions will be valuable assets in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
