We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. As an HRBP, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies and initiatives are effectively integrated into the business, driving organizational performance. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, helping to shape and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Partner with department heads to develop talent management strategies, including recruitment, training, and retention. Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Manage HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, promotions, and separations. Identify and address employee issues, ensuring the effective resolution of conflicts and grievances. Support leadership in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. Conduct workforce analysis and make data-driven decisions to support business needs. Implement and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational requirements. Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and forecast trends related to employee engagement, retention, and performance. Monitor HR KPIs and help develop strategies to improve workforce performance and morale. Desired Candidate Profile: 8 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles or related fields. Strong knowledge of HR policies , employee relations , and talent management . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to work with senior management and influence decision-making processes. Expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis, HR metrics, and reporting. Proactive in identifying HR challenges and providing practical solutions. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
