Job Description

e are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2 to 4 years of HR experience to support our growing teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring alignment between business goals and HR strategies. You will contribute to key HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team objectives and provide HR solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support and manage employee life cycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Assist with performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
  • Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Address employee relations issues by conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement scores) to recommend data-driven HR actions.
  • Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in handling blue-collar/field staff or exposure to manufacturing/retail/tech sectors.
  • Exposure to change management or organizational development projects.
