Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.
• Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.
• Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.

2. Talent Management

• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.
• Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
• Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.

5. Data & Analytics

• Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.
• Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 810 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.
