About the Role

HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s

  Safety Management System

  across all sites.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with all HSE regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Lead

  safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections

  , identifying hazards and preventive actions.
• Establish and oversee

  contractor safety programs

  —from induction to performance evaluation.
• Investigate

  incidents and near-misses

  , determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular

  safety awareness programs

  , toolbox talks, and employee training sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams to

  integrate safety

  into design, planning, and execution stages.
• Develop and track

  HSE KPIs, dashboards, and compliance reports

  for management.
• Stay updated with

  latest safety norms, IS codes, NBC, and statutory amendments.

• Lead initiatives that promote a

  culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in

  Safety / Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety

  (mandatory).

• 10+ years

  of experience in HSE Management (construction or real estate preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  local safety laws, NBC, IS codes

  , and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications such as

  NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA

  , or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to

  lead, train, and influence teams

  at all organizational levels.
• Excellent

  communication, analytical, and leadership

  skills.
