Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, managing attrition, improving retention, and supporting business leaders with data-driven HR strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in attrition analysis, retention planning , and be comfortable with frequent travel to regional offices or client locations. Key Responsibilities: Attrition Management: Analyze turnover trends and identify root causes through data, exit interviews, and stakeholder inputs. Develop and implement proactive solutions to reduce voluntary and involuntary attrition. Partner with line managers to address team-specific retention challenges. Retention Strategy: Design and execute employee retention programs tailored to specific business units. Monitor employee engagement metrics and recommend improvements. Drive continuous feedback mechanisms (stay interviews, pulse surveys) to improve employee satisfaction. Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters. Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Influence leadership decisions with data and HR analytics. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Travel and On-Site HR Support: Travel to business units, regional offices, and client sites as required. Conduct on-site assessments, town halls, and one-on-one discussions to gather feedback and improve HR services. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 4+ years of experience in HRBP or equivalent role. Proven experience in attrition analysis and employee retention initiatives . Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) based on business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office; experience with data analytics tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working in fast-paced, multi-location organizations. Strong change management and project management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a matrixed and evolving work environment.
