Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Visual Merchandising) Location: Head Office, Bangalore Experience: 4-6 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in Visual Merchandising (VM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually appealing content for retail spaces, branding, and marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with the VM team to enhance in-store experiences and ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative and visually impactful designs for retail stores, window displays, and in-store branding . Design POS materials, signage, promotional graphics, and packaging aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the VM team, marketing, and product teams to create engaging visual solutions. Ensure design consistency across stores and digital platforms. Work on branding, social media creatives, print materials, and campaign assets as needed. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative retail design techniques . Oversee design execution and production quality for VM assets. Assist in photoshoots, store mockups, and 3D visualization for store layouts. Requirements & Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design . Experience in retail branding, visual merchandising, and in-store graphics . Basic knowledge of 3D visualization and motion graphics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Previous experience in a creative agency, fashion, or retail brand. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual merchandising and branding .
