Human Resource Business Partner Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the People strategy to ensure business and people goals are met.
• Champion Company's Policies and Procedures when carrying out daily transactions, from managing exits to dealing with performance & grievances.
• Ensuring excellent compliance and Audit standards are adhered to.
• Meet with key stakeholders to discuss people's challenges.
• Influence and build relationships with people around the business.
• Provide guidance on people practices such as succession planning & HR policies & procedures.
• Analyze key metrics and identify people's trends to maximize improvement opportunities.
• Identification and delivery of effective HR solutions to enable change objectives to be met
• Support the management of the employee engagement processes
• Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
• Handle conflict resolution and take disciplinary actions wherever needed.
• Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and impartial handling of cases.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives. Analytical and goal orientated.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws.
• Professionalism and an overall positive attitude.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to use own initiative.
