Job Description

Voith Paper is seeking an experienced Human Resources Associate to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of HR duties, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with the performance evaluation process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources required.
Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
