HR Associate (Recruiter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Create compelling job descriptions and post them across relevant platforms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Manage applicant flow via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR tools.
• Facilitate offer roll-out, negotiations, and a seamless onboarding process.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends, platforms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Around 2 years of proven recruitment experience

  (preferably in staffing or an agency setup).
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and modern hiring techniques.
• Experience managing bulk and niche hiring requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  – must be confident in interacting with internal teams and external candidates alike.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining process quality.
