• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and performance documentation.
• Assist in designing HR policies, feedback mechanisms, engagement programs, and appraisal cycles.
• Coordinate training, development, and internal communication initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure cultural alignment and process consistency.
• Strong interest in HR, people operations, and organisation development.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage multiple tasks.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
