This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role — ideal for a junior designer who wants to build meaningful design work and contribute to a mission-driven brand.

What You’ll Do

Design clean, compelling visual content — ESG reports, infographics, marketing assets, pitch decks, and more
Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual appeal
Assist with video content, reels, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Support social media and web content with fresh, relevant visual design
Uphold and evolve the Onlygood visual identity and brand language

What We’re Looking For?

0–1 years
of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
Strong visual sense and comfort with
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
Familiarity
with
Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
for simple motion and video tasks
Attention to typography, spacing, layout, and design fundamentals

Bonus Points

Interest in ESG, sustainability, or climate communication
Use of
AI tools
(like ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Ideogram or others) in your design workflow
