Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice, Trainee, or Intern in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with employees and management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of human resource principles and practices is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve employee issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A strong passion for learning and growing in the hospitality industry is required.
