1. Onboarding & Member Lifecycle
- Manage the complete new member onboarding process: from prospect intake to full integration
- prospecting and shortlisting with the membership officer.
- Coordinate with YPO Global for approvals and ensure compliance with chapter and global protocols - Liaise with the Membership Officer for interviews, board review, and approval tracking - Schedule and oversee photo shoots, intro video recordings, and WhatsApp/Connect introductions - Ensure onboarding checklists are completed, including CRM entry, welcome kits, and internal announcements
2. Billing & Renewals
- Work with the Governance/Finance Officer and Membership Officer for invoicing and renewals
- Manage follow-ups on billing queries, outstanding payments, and resignations - Liaise with the Learning Manager on event attendance fines and no-show penalties - Send regular policy reminders (e.g., attendance thresholds) and handle sensitive notices (e.g., warnings, potential removals) - Maintain updated financial status reports and escalate unresolved issues to the Admin Committee
3. Member Support & Queries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member-related queries (excluding event logistics)
- Provide quick, discreet, and accurate resolution to requests and coordinate with relevant officers where needed - Uphold a high standard of professionalism and discretion at all times
4. Engagement & Retention
- Track member participation across learning, spousal, and forum events
- Coordinate periodic check-ins for low-engagement members in collaboration with Membership Officer and Chair - Maintain visibility lists (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, tenure milestones) and coordinate welcome messages for new members
5. Forum Transition (Future Scope)
- Over time, take on backend forum support from the Learning Manager
- Maintain forum participation data, assist in forum launches, and coordinate training schedules
