Job Overview

We’re hiring an HR Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, managing documentation, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, documentation, etc.)
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other official documents
• Organise and maintain HR filing systems both digitally and physically
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Track probation periods, appraisals, and employee performance reviews
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and team events
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
• Support payroll and compliance processes with necessary documentation
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with basic HR practices and labour laws is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
