Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, recruitment and fulfilling compliance documentations on behalf of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding processes for employees
  • Scheduling interviews or internal meetings
  • Drafting and distributing HR policies and internal communications
  • Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
  • Draft and maintain compliance documentation related to various projects/funding agencies. Prepare audit reports.
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Plan and conduct employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • Organize and manage office supplies, vendor relations, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee data
  • Sending policy updates or internal memos
  • Assist with event planning and coordination of company meetings and activities.

  • HRIS software
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management
  • Proficient in Communication tools: Email, Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in Payroll systems, recruitment tools
