HR/Marketing Intern

As an HR/Marketing Intern at our company in Ghaziabad, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Marketing functions. In this dual-role internship, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR activities and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - **Human Resources:** - Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation accurately. - Support onboarding and induction programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires. - Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture. - Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and communication materials to ensure clarity and consistency. - **Marketing:** - Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels to enhance brand visibility. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for strategic marketing decisions. - Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials to attract and retain customers. - Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events/webinars to reach target audiences effectively. - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies for better outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Creative mindset with good writing and content creation abilities to develop compelling marketing materials. - Basic knowledge of HR practices and digital marketing tools is a plus to support various functions effectively. - Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
