Job Description

\ We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in Workday HCM , with strong expertise in report writing, understanding of all the modules in Workday, specifically in time tracking, absence, compensation, talent & performance . This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations , excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Administration :
  • Assist in the maintenance of Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Time Tracking
  • Provide support for Business Process (BP) configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Help ensure system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Report Writing & Data Analysis:
  • Design and develop custom and ad-hoc reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Workday Implementation & Enhancements :
  • Support Workday enhancements and new feature releases , ensuring seamless deployment and adoption
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
Stakeholder Management & Support:
  • Act as a support resource for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to HR teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and support system changes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes .
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM .
  • Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations .
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certifications in relevant modules.
  • Experience working in a global or enterprise environment .
  • Knowledge of other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent & Performance) is a plus.
  • Understanding of working practices in EU markets would be advantageous, incorporating an understanding of work schedules, impact on payroll, and working with Works Councils
