Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize the agile methodology and processes to successfully implement solutions - Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday HCM module(s) - Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements - Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions - Advise clients on best practices, recognize and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements - Assist clients in testing Workday configuration, provide knowledge transfer, and develop documentation as applicable - Drive execution of roadmap items through initiative management process - Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and configuration - Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively - Become an expert in at least one module of the Workday HCM product suite - Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on small to medium deliverables/projects across multiple concurrent clients without supervision - Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client - Contribute to knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues, such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A, documented deliverables, facilitation of knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices and knowledge sharing information to team(s) Qualifications Required: - Relevant IT qualification/degree - Experience with integration technology and HCM systems - Experience in Case Management System and SharePoint is a strong plus - Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or other customer-oriented environment is beneficial - Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment, and with remote teams - Fluent in English Please note that the company is located in Bengaluru and the educational qualification required is BE. Desirable skills include Workday, case management system, and snaplogic. The ideal candidate for this role should have 4 to 8 years of experience and will be designated as a Consultant.,
