Job Description

As a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS to support the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. You will work closely with the Compensation COE to configure semi/annual compensation processes and serve as a liaison between the HR department and MIS/IT function. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing project and process improvement, recommending process enhancements, and applying change management experience to drive quality improvements. - Performing system configurations, updating forms, and maintaining HRIS upgrades. - Generating reports and queries to meet business needs, including writing, maintaining, and supporting reports. - Responding to employee queries within defined SLAs. - Managing the compensation module and semi/annual compensation processes. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders on integrations and troubleshooting with HRIS and system of records. - Partnering with third-party vendors to drive process improvements. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree required, equivalent to three (3) years of experience. - Specific Area of Study: BS in Human Resources, Accounting, or a relevant field. Experience: - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with SuccessFactors and HRIS. Specific Related Experience: - Understanding and using qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. - Configuration and Forms for SuccessFactors Compensation module. - Update and creation of SuccessFactors role permissions preferred. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for numerical errors. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize time and resources effectively. - Understanding the broader business context and aligning time and resource investments to drive maximum impact. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
