Function:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HRIS Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho and Workday platforms. The role requires strong expertise in business process analysis, HR/payroll system configuration, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  
• Zoho and/or Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, or Payroll) are an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 510 years of experience in ERP/HRIS implementation and management, with hands-on experience in Zoho and Workday.
  
• Proven experience in full-cycle system implementation, configuration, and integrations.
  
• Exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or shared services environments preferred.
  

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based architecture and automation tools.
  
• Expertise in HR or Finance process transformation.
  
• Experience in customization, automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations through Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party tools.
  
• Proficiency in data migration, reporting tools, and API-based integrations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery & Execution

• Lead implementation and customization of Zoho applications (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.).
  
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
  
• Manage end-to-end Workday implementation including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  
• Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting.
  
• Manage integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Act as primary liaison between business users, vendors, and technical teams.
  

Support & Enablement

• Create customizations, automation workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party tools.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Conduct UAT/SIT testing, coordinate user training, and support go-live readiness.
  
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize processes.
  
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, support data loads, and ensure compliance with data security policies.
