About the Role:

This is a techno-functional position that requires a blend of technical expertise and deep understanding of HR compensation processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in independently managing and optimizing our compensation campaigns, ensuring seamless configuration, administration, and end-to-end process management on SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the digital transformation of compensation processes within SuccessFactors

- Configure and administer compensation modules, including campaigns, templates, and guidelines

- Manage the entire compensation review cycle: requirements gathering, template setup, budget loading, and salary publishing

- Generate offer letters and communicate compensation changes effectively

- Lead change management initiatives and support digitization efforts

- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth process flows and system integrations

- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and presentations

What We’re Looking For:

- 9-10+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Compensation modules

- Proven expertise in configuring and managing HRIS systems and compensation processes

- Strong understanding of HR compensation review lifecycle and related workflows

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and lead digital transformation initiatives
