Skills / Experience -
2-4 years in HR Operations.
Highly presentable and pleasing personality
Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentialityExcellent knowledge of basic software tools like Google Calendar, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.Background in psychology will be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.Ability to maintain professional discretionAttention to detailStrong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
