Responsibilities: Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention Build a strong community, who learn from each other Assist management in conflict resolution Strategise and implement new policies & processes Connect with team members to understand the gaps and design solutions for the same Manage employee lifecycle onboarding to deboarding Lead the Performance Management process Recruit and onboard employees for internship and full-time roles. Lead Employee Engagement Collaborates with employees to understand and implement the training needs of employees Mentor the junior HR team members for the best results. Skills / Experience - 2-4 years in HR Operations. Highly presentable and pleasing personality Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality Excellent knowledge of basic software tools like Google Calendar, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. Background in psychology will be a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment. Ability to maintain professional discretion Attention to detail Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
