HR Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated HR support to a Sales Region/Business Unit.
• Leverage understanding of business and HR solutions to influence strategic people priorities, including

  sales productivity and talent retention

  .
• Coach leaders and managers to drive a culture of Performance with Care and act as a trusted advisor on all people-related decisions.
• Build capabilities and

  succession/talent pipelines

  for the future, with a focus on increasing female representation and fostering internal growth.
• Position India as a

  talent exporter

  and facilitate movements for regional and global roles.
• Conduct

  Annual Strategic Workforce planning

  and collaborate with the

  TA COE (Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence)

  to build proactive talent pools.
• Drive key HR processes, including performance management (

  MyC

  ), development (

  MyD

  ), succession planning (

  HPR

  ), and engagement (

  GEOS

  ), as well as compensation and bonus administration.
• Prioritize employee wellbeing and promote a creative, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
• Proactively drive employee connection through regular field visits with the Sales workforce.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives, managing culture change and supporting the overall transformation journey.
• Collaborate seamlessly with

  HR Centers of Excellence

  to tailor HR solutions to specific business needs.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters with care and efficiency.

Skills Required

• An

  MBA in HR

  from a premier institute.
• At least

  10+ years of experience

  in human resources, spanning both

  HR Generalist & COE

  roles.
• Proven experience managing HR for Sales teams in a multinational environment.
• An engaging personality with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong

  stakeholder management skills
