Job Description

Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Using data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Capability to work under extreme pressure

Building a competitive organization

Implementing processes for evaluating employee performance
Addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to construct and Lead Teams

Coaching & consulting leadership on HR matters

Fostering positive relationships between employees and management.
Providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies

Company culture and employee experience champion

Partner with management and personnel to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale and decrease unwanted turnover

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related field like Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
This experience can include areas like talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR strategy.
8 - 12 years of experience (Minimum 3-5 yrss in a HRBP role)

Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
Able to leverage technology to increase efficiency, drive business results
