Position:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
  • Handle performance management processes and support capability-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Support in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports/metrics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering/HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
