Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for HR data management, talent acquisition, addressing employee grievances. Ensures efficient HR operations. Ensure adherence to compliance and policy implementation, HR reporting and analytics, communication, payroll coordination, internal audit and documentation. Talent Acquisition, Offer Management and Onboarding for Retail Assist HR Manager in closing retail positions Develop sourcing strategies including job boards, employee referrals and recruitment vendors. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data using SuccessFactors Responsible for maintaining and updating all recruitment trackers Sending weekly updates to HR Manager and HR Director on recruitment status Prepare and extend job offers to shortlisted candidates and create and maintain employee folders on SharePoint Track and report on key recruitment metrics. Collaborate with district managers to ensure successful hiring. Assist in seamless onboarding process for new hires. Ensure accurate completion and submission of all necessary onboarding documents like HR connect form, Form 11, Form 2, Form F, Nomination forms, etc. Track and report onboarding metrics such as completion rates, employee satisfaction and retention during the first 90 days. Employee Grievances Assist the HR Manager in conducting investigation, interviewing employees to address their grievances. Ensure the issues are documented and proper assistance is provided. Maintain documentation of grievance cases and outcomes. Data Management, Reporting and HR Decks Maintain HR data to generate timely and accurate reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, time to fill position rate, etc.) Prepare HR dashboards, monthly recruitment reports. Create presentations and decks to support HR Manager for leadership meetings. Work on ad hoc reporting requests from HR Director providing custom data and reports as required. Data accuracy and quality control: ensure data integrity by performing self-audits to avoid discrepancies. Work closely with recruitment, payroll, and corporate HR teams to gather data, track progress and align reports.
