Job Description

Looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resource Officer in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in HR shared services and be able to work in a morning shift starting from 6am IST.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.
  • Prepare and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in HR shared services, focusing on data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, and HR Onboarding applications is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
