Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute campus recruitment activities including hiring drives, career fairs, pre-placement talks, and internship selections.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop structured hiring plans.

  • Manage candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer processes.

  • Track recruitment workflows using ATS and maintain accurate reports on hiring status and performance metrics.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with placement offices, faculty, and student communities.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as social engagement, campus events, and talent-marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and data confidentiality standards.

  • Support internship and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus hiring preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

  • Ability to engage young talent and represent employer brand effectively.
