Coordinate and execute campus recruitment activities including hiring drives, career fairs, pre-placement talks, and internship selections.
Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop structured hiring plans.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer processes.
Track recruitment workflows using ATS and maintain accurate reports on hiring status and performance metrics.
Build and nurture strong relationships with placement offices, faculty, and student communities.
Assist in employer branding initiatives such as social engagement, campus events, and talent-marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and data confidentiality standards.
Support internship and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus hiring preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
A collaborative team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Ability to engage young talent and represent employer brand effectively.
