Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or related fields, with a strong background in HR/Economics and/or relevant business education.

Roles and Responsibility

Performs quality job evaluations within agreed timelines for assigned job functions.
Supports core Benchmarking and year-end activities for assigned countries, including survey participation, analysis, and submissions.
Engages with country stakeholders to understand current hiring and retention activities/challenges and requirements.
Maintains country knowledge base for countries under scope, including local process step-outs and market ranges.
Supports the offer process for respective countries, including reviewing and tracking offers outside the rewards guideline.
Participates in Global/regional Rewards projects and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

Higher education in HR/Economics or relevant business education, such as a University/master's degree.
Certification in C&B is preferable.
Basic understanding of compensation elements in an organizational context.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed, global environment.
Strong data analytics and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience in salary structure creation, budgeting, and cost of living analysis.
Knowledge of audit trail review, equity buy-out calculations, and transition allowances.
