Role & responsibilities

• Execution and Adherence to EHS Management Systems in Area of Control.
• Awareness & Adherence of IATF, DOS, MSES-A and AHQ Quality Systems.
• Direct manpower provisioning - analysis of skill gap, filling the gap, ensuring buffer as per AOP
• Staff hiring & onboarding as per process.
• Undertaking Employee Engagement activities and satisfaction survey as per schedule
• Conducting monthly Employee Grievance meeting, closure of OISR
• Conducting monthly Communication meeting
• Employee engagement activities, celebration of festivals, special events
• PMS related activities - goal setting, probation confirmation, PIP, mid-yr. & final yr. KRAs
• Exit Management - Exit Interview, FNF, Exit Analysis
• Salary processing data of staff and Blue Collar Work force
• Monthly MIS - HR Flash, ERM Dashboard, HR Model Dashboard updating
• Custodian of Engagement Surveys - drives, analysis, action planning & closure
• Custodian of HR Model - policies, guidelines adherence
• Supporting & encouraging blue collar workforce for higher education & movement to next level through IJP
• Audits - preparedness, participation in all audits related to HR fields

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidate with experience in automobile industry at plant level
