* Support onboarding to exit activities and assist in resource planning and management for tech teams.
* Handle floor management, events and employee engagement activities
* Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and ensuring policy compliance.
* Assist managers with performance management, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
* Coordinate engagement activities and retention initiatives for IT employees.
* Track HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and productivity, and share insights with leaders.
* Support learning and development programs tailored to technical teams.
* Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, audits, and documentation.
* Candidates having an experience of 2-3 years in IT Industry
* Should have good written and verbal communication skills
* MBA in HR with good academics is preferred
* Good experience in floor management and employee engagement activities
* Experience in preparing reports, audits and documents and interaction with stakeholders
