Indore/Nagpur1Pune1Gurgaon / Delhi1Dehradun1Jaipur1Kolkata1Patna1Hubli1Trivandrum1Chennai / Pondicherry1Hyderabad1Mumbai1Goa1NCR1Mumbai1 Role & responsibilities Experience of Blue-collar manpower management is a must Handling volume manpower is preferred Attrition, Attendance and Absenteeism management Employee engagement and Grievance handling Life cycle management of manpower Handle payout queries Data management and sharing reports with stakeholders Required experience and skills:- Education Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate in Human resource /MSW Experience: Minimum 1 year experience Good communications skills In English and Regional language is a must Good in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Good in Microsoft Power points, Excel and word The role is for a Contractual position Budget - 6 LPA Preferred candidate profile Candidates who have experience from Warehouse HRBP role need to apply
