Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth induction experience for new hires. 2. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Handle employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and other HR correspondence. Administer HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly. Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a positive working environment by promoting HR best practices. 4. Payroll & Compliance Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) and manage related documentation. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and HR best practices. 5. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion. Work with managers to identify performance issues and improvement plans. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in HR roles with hands-on exposure to various HR functions. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
